What we collect

• Booking details: name, email, phone, service address, home size, preferred day and time, pets, access notes.
• Payment details: processed by Stripe. We receive the payment status, card brand and last 4 digits, never the full card number.
• Messages and applications: what you send through our forms or by email. Cleaner and cleaning-company applications include contact details, business details, experience, availability and links to public reviews.
• Basic technical data: our host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs such as IP address and browser type. We don't use advertising trackers or sell data.

How we use it

To quote, schedule and perform cleanings; to take payment; to answer you; to evaluate cleaner applications; to send service emails; and to meet legal and tax obligations. With your opt-in only, occasional offers by email (unsubscribe anytime).

Who we share it with

The cleaning professional or company assigned to your visit (name, address, access notes, scope); service providers that run our business (Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting and form storage, Google Workspace for email); and authorities when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Retention and security

We keep booking and payment records as long as needed for service and tax purposes (generally up to 7 years) and delete other submissions on request. Data is stored with access-controlled providers using encryption in transit.

Your choices
