What's included
- Kitchen: counters, backsplash, sink and faucet cleaned; stovetop and appliance fronts wiped; microwave inside and out; cabinet fronts spot-cleaned
- Bathrooms: toilet, tub/shower, sink, mirrors and fixtures cleaned and disinfected
- Dusting of reachable surfaces, sills, ledges, light switches and door handles
- Floors: vacuum carpets and rugs, vacuum and damp-mop hard floors
- Beds made (or linens changed if you leave fresh ones out)
- Trash and recycling emptied and taken to your bins

48-hour re-clean guarantee
If something on our checklist was missed, tell us within 48 hours of the visit (a photo helps) and we will come back and re-clean those areas free, usually within 3 business days. If a re-clean doesn't work for you, we credit the price of that visit instead (or refund it, up to the visit price, if you have no upcoming visit).
Our cleaner standard
Our standard for every cleaner before they take a customer job: we verify their government-issued ID, they complete a paid trial clean that we inspect against our checklist, and they sign an independent-contractor agreement.

How much does house cleaning cost with Wrenly Home?
Recurring cleaning starts at $119 per visit (weekly, studio/1 bed) and a typical 3-bedroom home every two weeks is $165 per visit. One-time deep cleans are $219-$409 and move-in/move-out cleans are $249-$469, depending on bedrooms; each bathroom beyond the included number adds a small fixed amount. Why is the first visit priced higher?
Your first visit is a deep clean, because a home that hasn't been professionally cleaned recently takes much longer the first time. For a 3-bedroom home on an every-two-weeks plan that is $299 for the first visit, then $165 per visit after that. New customers can use code WELCOME40 for $40 off the first clean.
When am I charged?
For recurring plans you pay for the first-visit deep clean when you book; recurring billing starts one cycle later and then charges once per cycle (weekly, every two weeks or monthly) for that cycle's visit. One-time deep and move-out cleans are paid in full when you book. All payments go through Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

What's the difference between a deep clean and a move-out clean?
A deep clean is everything in a standard clean plus baseboards, doors, fans, vents, blinds, window sills and shower detailing; a move-out clean adds the insides of empty cabinets, drawers, the fridge and the oven. Move-out cleans are for empty or nearly empty homes.
