Give someone in the Peoria area a cleaner home. Choose an amount and pay on Stripe; the code shows on screen right away and arrives by email. The recipient uses it when they book any Wrenly Home clean online. No expiration date, no fees.

Exact prices by home size are on the pricing page. A certificate worth more than the clean leaves a balance, which we send as a new code.

Pick an amount, pay on Stripe. The code appears on screen and is emailed to you (and to the recipient if you choose).
Give
Print the certificate page or forward the email.
Book
The recipient gets a price on wrenlyhome.com, books, and types the code in the "Promo or gift code" box on the booking form.
Gift certificate terms

- What it is. A Wrenly Home gift certificate is a one-time code worth the dollar amount paid. It is a credit toward any Wrenly Home house cleaning booked online at wrenlyhome.com for a home in our service area (ZIP codes 61523, 61525, 61533, 61548, 61550, 61554, 61571, 61602, 61603, 61604, 61605, 61606, 61611, 61614, 61615, 61616).
- How to use it. Get a price on the instant quote, book as usual, and type the code in the "Promo or gift code" box on the booking form (it replaces the new-customer code; one code per booking). Each code works once.
- What it applies to. On a one-time deep clean or move-in/move-out clean, the code comes off the price of that clean. On a recurring plan, it comes off the first-visit deep clean that is charged when you book; later visits are billed at the regular per-visit price.
- One code per booking. Our checkout accepts one promotion code per booking, so a gift code can't be combined with WELCOME40 or any other code in the same booking.
- Unused balance. If the booking costs less than the certificate, the rest is not lost. We email the person who booked a new one-time code for the remaining balance, on the same terms, within 1 business day. You can also email us for it.
- No expiration, no fees. Certificates and balance codes never expire. There are no purchase, service, dormancy or inactivity fees, and the value never goes down. Our cleaning prices may change; the dollar value of your certificate does not.
- Refunds. An unused certificate is refundable in full to the original purchaser's card on request: email hello@wrenlyhome.com from the email used to buy it. If the recipient lives outside our service area, or we can't schedule their clean, the purchaser can get a refund. A refunded code stops working. Certificates can't otherwise be exchanged for cash (except where the law requires it) and can't be used to buy another certificate.
- Lost codes. Anyone who has the code can use it, so keep it like cash. We keep a record of every code. Email us from the purchaser's email and we resend it; if a code is reported lost before it is used, we cancel it and issue a new one.
- The cleaning itself. Bookings paid with a certificate follow our usual terms of service, cancellation policy and 48-hour re-clean guarantee. We confirm the visit date by email within 1 business day of booking.
- Seller. Gift certificates are sold by King Holdings Ventures LLC, 217 Cloverfield Drive, Chillicothe, IL 61523. Wrenly Home is a brand of King Holdings Ventures LLC. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Questions
Do Wrenly Home gift certificates expire?
No. They never expire and there are no fees of any kind.
How does the recipient use it?
They book online at wrenlyhome.com and type the code in the "Promo or gift code" box on the booking form. It works once, on any clean we offer, for a home in our service area.
Can it be combined with WELCOME40?
No. Checkout takes one promotion code per booking, so it's the gift code or WELCOME40, not both.
What if the clean costs less than the certificate?
We email a new code for the unused balance within 1 business day, on the same terms.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, an unused certificate is refundable in full to the purchaser on request.
