What's included
The same checklist every visit, so you always know what you're paying for.
Standard (recurring) clean
- Kitchen: counters, backsplash, sink and faucet cleaned; stovetop and appliance fronts wiped; microwave inside and out; cabinet fronts spot-cleaned
- Bathrooms: toilet, tub/shower, sink, mirrors and fixtures cleaned and disinfected
- Dusting of reachable surfaces, sills, ledges, light switches and door handles
- Floors: vacuum carpets and rugs, vacuum and damp-mop hard floors
- Beds made (or linens changed if you leave fresh ones out)
- Trash and recycling emptied and taken to your bins
Deep clean
- Everything in a standard clean, plus:
- Baseboards, door frames and doors hand-wiped
- Inside the microwave and oven (oven interior on request), outside of fridge and range hood
- Kitchen cabinet fronts fully wiped
- Shower and tub detailing: soap scum and grout scrubbed
- Ceiling fans, vents and blinds dusted
- Window sills and tracks cleaned
Move-in / move-out clean
- Everything in a deep clean, plus:
- Inside all kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers (empty)
- Inside the fridge and oven
- Closets: shelves wiped and floors cleaned
- Best scheduled after furniture is out; utilities (water, power) must be on
Not included
- Exterior windows, gutters, garages, decks
- Moving furniture heavier than one person can safely lift
- Biohazards (mold remediation, pests, bodily fluids), hoarding situations
- Anything that needs a ladder taller than a two-step stool
- Laundry, dishes beyond a sink load, and organizing
