Property managers, rental hosts and co-hosts

10% off the move-out/move-in, deep and recurring cleans you book for properties you manage (prices below).
If you don't hold an Illinois real estate license: $25 for each referred customer's first completed paid clean.
Several units or regular turnovers: ask for a quote with sizes and how often they turn over. We'll tell you honestly what we can schedule.

Apartment and senior-living communities

$25 per referred resident's first completed paid clean (communities without an Illinois real estate license), or pass it on to residents as a move-in gift: tell us which.

Movers

A code to hand customers with their moving quote: $40 off a move-out clean of the old place or a move-in clean of the new one.
$25 per referred customer's first completed paid clean.

Employers: a cleaning perk for your team

A company code your employees can use: $40 off their first clean, including new hires relocating to Peoria who want a move-in clean (from $229) before their things arrive.
No cost to you, no contract and nothing to administer: post the code on your intranet or benefits page.

Turnover cleaning prices

Our standard list prices, per clean, supplies included. Partners booking for their own properties take 10% off with their turnover code. Move-out/move-in includes inside the fridge, oven and cabinets in an empty home (full checklist).

Wrenly Home is new to the Peoria area. We have no customer reviews yet, and we won't show invented ones.
Your home is cleaned by established, well-reviewed local cleaning professionals and small cleaning companies we subcontract with. Before one takes a Wrenly job, they must show solid public reviews and a reference we contact, complete a paid trial clean we inspect against our checklist, carry their own liability insurance (we keep their certificate of insurance on file) and sign a subcontractor agreement.
Wrenly Home itself does not claim to be insured, bonded or licensed.
We don't promise same-day turnarounds, guaranteed capacity or a fixed number of crews. Every clean is covered by our 48-hour re-clean guarantee.

Partner terms

Each referral partner gets a personal promotion code. A customer who uses it gets $40 off their first Wrenly clean: the same discount as WELCOME40, once per customer, new customers only, no cash value, and it can't be combined with WELCOME40 or a friend-referral discount. Until your personal code arrives, your clients can use WELCOME40; tell us their name so the referral is counted for you.
Partners who are not Illinois real estate licensees (for example short-term rental hosts and co-hosts, property managers who don't hold a license, apartment and senior-living communities, movers and employers) earn a $25 referral fee for each referred customer who completes their first paid clean and isn't refunded. You choose how it's paid: ACH bank transfer, a $25 e-gift card, or a $25 credit on your own Wrenly cleaning. Paid within 14 days of that clean, up to $500 per partner per calendar year. We may ask for a Form W-9 before an ACH payment.
Property managers and short-term rental hosts also get 10% off move-in/move-out, deep and recurring cleans they book and pay for themselves for properties they manage, with a separate turnover code. It applies to our list prices and can't be combined with another code on the same booking.
Referral fees, credits and partner discounts are paid by Wrenly Home out of its own share. They never reduce what the cleaners are paid: cleaner pay is always calculated on the full list price.
We do not pay referral fees, credits, gifts or anything else of value to Illinois real estate licensees (brokers, managing brokers, leasing agents) or their brokerages for referrals. Licensees get the client discount code, printable checklists and quick quotes only.
A code is for passing on to your own clients, tenants, guests, residents or employees. Don't post it on coupon sites or use the client code on your own bookings. We may deactivate a code that's misused, and we may end or change the partner program for new referrals at any time; fees and credits already earned are still paid.
Partners are independent and don't speak or contract for Wrenly Home. Your clients book and pay Wrenly Home directly under our normal terms; we don't share their booking details with you unless they ask us to.

Questions

Do you pay realtors a referral fee?

No. Under the Illinois Real Estate License Act of 2000, a sponsored licensee may accept compensation only through their sponsoring broker and must disclose to the client any compensation from a third party (225 ILCS 454/10-5(b) and 10-10(b)). To keep it simple for you and your clients, we don't pay referral fees, credits or gifts to Illinois real estate licensees or their brokerages; the savings go to your client instead. Realtors get a personal $40-off code for their clients, our printable move-out checklist and move-in guide, and quick quotes. This is our policy, not legal advice; check with your managing broker.

How does my client use the code?

They get their exact price on wrenlyhome.com, book, and type your code on the secure Stripe payment page. $40 comes off their first clean. It's for new Wrenly customers, once per customer.

Can you handle turnovers for my rentals?

Ask us. Tell us the properties, sizes and how often units turn over, and we'll reply with a quote and what scheduling we can and can't commit to. We don't promise same-day turnarounds or guaranteed capacity.

Are your cleaners insured?

Who pays for the referral fee and discounts? Does it cut the cleaners' pay?

Wrenly Home pays all of it out of its own share. Cleaners are paid a set percentage of our full list price for every job, so a client discount, a partner discount or a referral fee never reduces what the cleaner earns.

How is the $25 paid, and is there a limit?

Your choice of ACH bank transfer, a $25 e-gift card or a $25 credit on your own Wrenly cleaning, within 14 days of the referred customer's first completed paid clean (not refunded). Up to $500 per partner per calendar year. We may ask for a Form W-9 before an ACH payment. Illinois real estate licensees aren't eligible (see above).
