Every price on this page is a per-visit price for the Peoria area (Peoria, Tazewell and Woodford counties), including supplies. There are no hidden fees, contracts or sign-up costs, and no sales tax on house cleaning in Illinois.

How recurring pricing works
- Your first visit is a deep clean at the deep-clean price (for example $269 for 3 bedrooms). You pay for it when you book.
- After that you pay the lower recurring price once per cycle: $149 weekly, $165 every two weeks or $199 monthly for 3 bedrooms.
- More frequent visits cost less each, because the home never gets far behind.
- Each bathroom beyond the included number (studio/1 bed: 1, 2-3 bed: 2, 4-5 bed: 3) adds a fixed amount shown in the table. Half baths count as a bathroom.
- Homes over 5 bedrooms or over about 4,000 sq ft: email us for a custom quote.
