How much does house cleaning cost with Wrenly Home?
Recurring cleaning starts at $109 per visit (weekly, studio/1 bed) and a typical 3-bedroom home every two weeks is $165 per visit. One-time deep cleans are $175-$429 and move-in/move-out cleans are $229-$575, depending on bedrooms; each bathroom beyond the included number adds a small fixed amount. Why is the first visit priced higher?
Your first visit is a deep clean, because a home that hasn't been professionally cleaned recently takes much longer the first time. For a 3-bedroom home on an every-two-weeks plan that is $269 for the first visit, then $165 per visit after that. New customers can use code WELCOME40 for $40 off the first clean.
When am I charged?
For recurring plans you pay for the first-visit deep clean when you book; recurring billing starts one cycle later and then charges once per cycle (weekly, every two weeks or monthly) for that cycle's visit. One-time deep and move-out cleans are paid in full when you book. All payments go through Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

We serve the Peoria, Illinois area: Peoria, Peoria Heights, Dunlap, Morton, Washington, Germantown Hills, East Peoria, Chillicothe, Pekin (15 ZIP codes in Peoria, Tazewell and Woodford counties, listed on our areas page). If your ZIP code isn't covered yet, the booking form will tell you and save your request so we can email you when we expand.
What is included in a standard cleaning?
A standard visit covers the kitchen, bathrooms, dusting of reachable surfaces, and vacuuming and mopping of floors in every room. See the full checklist on our what's included page.
What's the difference between a deep clean and a move-out clean?
A deep clean is everything in a standard clean plus baseboards, doors, fans, vents, blinds, window sills and shower detailing; a move-out clean adds the insides of empty cabinets, drawers, the fridge and the oven. Move-out cleans are for empty or nearly empty homes.
Can I cancel, skip or pause?
Yes. You can cancel a recurring plan anytime in your account or by email, and it stops at the end of the cycle you've paid for. Skips and changes are free with at least 48 hours' notice; to pause for up to 8 weeks, email us and we pause billing. Cancelling a visit with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged $40. What if I'm not happy with a cleaning?
If something on our checklist was missed, tell us within 48 hours of the visit (a photo helps) and we will come back and re-clean those areas free, usually within 3 business days. If a re-clean doesn't work for you, we credit the price of that visit instead (or refund it, up to the visit price, if you have no upcoming visit).
Who are your cleaners?
Your home is cleaned by established, well-reviewed local cleaning professionals and small cleaning companies we subcontract with. Before one takes a Wrenly job, they must show solid public reviews and a reference we contact, complete a paid trial clean we inspect against our checklist, carry their own liability insurance (we keep their certificate of insurance on file) and sign a subcontractor agreement. They are independent businesses, not our employees, and they bring their own supplies. We stay responsible to you for the booking, the checklist and the guarantee.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers give us a door code, lockbox or key; tell us in the booking notes. If we can't get in at the scheduled time, it counts as a late cancellation.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment. If you'd like us to use specific products (for example fragrance-free, or a cleaner made for your stone or hardwood), leave them out and add a note.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Tell us about pets in the booking form; we ask that dogs be secured or out during the visit, and heavy pet hair may need extra time on the first deep clean.
How long does a cleaning take?
Most recurring visits for a 2-3 bedroom home take about 2.5 to 4 cleaner-hours, and a first deep clean takes roughly half again as long. Timing depends on home size, condition and how many cleaners are sent.
How do I book?
Pick your bedrooms, bathrooms and schedule on the instant quote, add your address and preferred day and time window, and pay securely on Stripe. We confirm your first visit date by email within one business day. If we can't schedule you within 10 days, we refund you in full.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. When a friend you refer books and completes their first paid clean, they get $25 off and you get a $25 credit on your next visit. Ask us for your personal referral code by email.
Is Wrenly Home insured, bonded or licensed?
Wrenly Home itself does not claim to be insured or bonded, and we'll say so here if that changes. We only send local cleaning pros who carry their own liability insurance, and we get each one's certificate of insurance before their first job. Illinois has no state license for house cleaning. If anything is damaged during a visit, tell us within 48 hours and we'll work with you and the cleaning pro to make it right.
Do I pay sales tax on house cleaning in Illinois?
No. Illinois sales taxes apply to sales of goods, not to a service like house cleaning, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Who runs Wrenly Home?
Wrenly Home is a brand of King Holdings Ventures LLC, an Illinois company at 217 Cloverfield Drive, Chillicothe, IL 61523. It's new to the Peoria area, so you won't find made-up reviews or statistics here: just clear prices, online booking and a guarantee we can keep.
