Weekly vs every two weeks vs monthly
What a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home costs on each schedule. The monthly figure is the per-visit price times the average number of visits in a month (52 weekly or 26 every-two-weeks visits a year, divided by 12).
| Schedule | Per visit (3 bed) | About per month | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Every week | $149 | $646 | Families with kids or pets, allergies, busy two-career households |
| Every 2 weeks | $165 | $358 | Most households; the usual balance of cost and cleanliness |
| Once a month | $199 | $199 | Tidy homes, singles and couples who want a regular reset |
Weekly, every two weeks or monthly: which should I choose?
Every two weeks is the most common choice and the best value for most homes. Weekly is for busy households with kids, pets or allergies; monthly is for tidy homes that want a regular reset. More frequent visits cost less per visit because the home never gets far behind.
What does each recurring visit include?
Every visit follows the same checklist: kitchen counters, sink, stovetop, appliance fronts and microwave; bathrooms cleaned and disinfected; dusting of reachable surfaces; vacuuming and mopping of every room; beds made; trash taken out.
Why is the first visit priced as a deep clean?
A home that hasn't been professionally cleaned recently takes much longer the first time: baseboards, doors, fans, vents, blinds and shower grout all need catching up. After that first deep clean, each recurring visit is shorter and costs less. New customers can use code WELCOME40 for $40 off the first clean.
How does billing work for a recurring plan?
You pay for the first-visit deep clean when you book. The recurring price starts one cycle later and is charged once per cycle (weekly, every two weeks or monthly) through Stripe. There's no contract: cancel anytime and it stops at the end of the cycle you've paid for.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Yes. Skips and schedule changes are free with at least 48 hours' notice, you can pause for up to 8 weeks by emailing us, and you can cancel anytime from your account. A visit cancelled with under 24 hours' notice may be charged $40.
Do I get the same cleaner every time?
We aim to send the same local cleaning pro or company to your home on each visit so they learn your preferences, but we can't promise it for every visit (sickness and holidays happen). Your checklist and notes stay the same either way.
The recurring checklist
- Kitchen: counters, backsplash, sink and faucet cleaned; stovetop and appliance fronts wiped; microwave inside and out; cabinet fronts spot-cleaned
- Bathrooms: toilet, tub/shower, sink, mirrors and fixtures cleaned and disinfected
- Dusting of reachable surfaces, sills, ledges, light switches and door handles
- Floors: vacuum carpets and rugs, vacuum and damp-mop hard floors
- Beds made (or linens changed if you leave fresh ones out)
- Trash and recycling emptied and taken to your bins

Who cleans your home?
Your home is cleaned by established, well-reviewed local cleaning professionals and small cleaning companies we subcontract with. Before one takes a Wrenly job, they must show solid public reviews and a reference we contact, complete a paid trial clean we inspect against our checklist, carry their own liability insurance (we keep their certificate of insurance on file) and sign a subcontractor agreement.
What if something is missed?
If something on our checklist was missed, tell us within 48 hours of the visit (a photo helps) and we will come back and re-clean those areas free, usually within 3 business days. If a re-clean doesn't work for you, we credit the price of that visit instead (or refund it, up to the visit price, if you have no upcoming visit).
