Get subcontract cleaning work in the Peoria area

We book and collect payment for recurring, deep and move-out cleans in Peoria, Peoria Heights, Dunlap, Morton, Washington, Germantown Hills, East Peoria, Chillicothe, Pekin. We're looking for established independent cleaners and small cleaning companies to do that work as subcontractors.

• A set per-job rate, agreed with you up front and shown on every job offer before you accept it.
• Customers have already paid by card before the job is offered, so there's no chasing invoices. You're paid within 48 hours of each completed job, by direct deposit.
• You choose which jobs, days and towns you take, and you use your own supplies, crew and methods.
• Steady recurring customers fill gaps in your schedule; we handle marketing, booking, billing and customer messages.

What we ask for

• Reviews: a Google, Facebook, Nextdoor, Angi or Thumbtack profile with solid reviews from real customers (or comparable proof of experience).
• A reference: one current or recent residential customer or property manager we can contact.
• A paid trial job: your first Wrenly job is checked against our checklist before you get regular work.
• Insurance: a certificate of general liability insurance (COI) for your business.
• Paperwork: a W-9 and a short subcontractor agreement (we issue a 1099-NEC at year end where required).
