About Wrenly Home

Wrenly Home is a house cleaning service for the Peoria, Illinois area. It is a brand of King Holdings Ventures LLC, an Illinois limited liability company in Chillicothe, IL. We're new, so there are no reviews or customer counts to show yet; this page says plainly how the business works.

Who we are

Wrenly Home is owned and run by Landon King through King Holdings Ventures LLC, 217 Cloverfield Drive, Chillicothe, IL 61523. You can reach us at (309) 271-1233 or hello@wrenlyhome.com. Booking online 24/7. Cleans Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm Central. Email replies within 1 business day.

How the business runs

We run Wrenly Home day to day with help from AI software. It handles much of the scheduling, the instant quotes on this site, and drafting and sending our messages and emails. When a call to (309) 271-1233 isn't picked up, a virtual phone assistant answers, takes your details and passes them on, and a person follows up. Prices, the guarantee and every policy on this site are set by us, not improvised by software.

Who does the cleaning

Your home is cleaned by established, well-reviewed local cleaning professionals and small cleaning companies we subcontract with. Before one takes a Wrenly job, they must show solid public reviews and a reference we contact, complete a paid trial clean we inspect against our checklist, carry their own liability insurance (we keep their certificate of insurance on file) and sign a subcontractor agreement. They are independent businesses, not our employees, and they bring their own supplies. Each crew is paid a fixed share of the price of every job it cleans (see clean with us). We are responsible to you for the service you booked.

Wrenly Home itself does not claim to be insured, bonded or licensed.

If something is missed

If something on our checklist was missed, tell us within 48 hours of the visit (a photo helps) and we will come back and re-clean those areas free, usually within 3 business days. If a re-clean doesn't work for you, we credit the price of that visit instead (or refund it, up to the visit price, if you have no upcoming visit). Details: 48-hour re-clean guarantee.
