How our house cleaning prices work
Short answer: Price = the base price for your number of bedrooms (which includes a set number of bathrooms) + a fixed amount for each extra bathroom. The base and extra-bathroom amounts depend on the service (recurring, deep or move-out) and, for recurring plans, how often we come. Studio/1 bed includes 1 bathroom, 2-3 bed include 2, 4-5 bed include 3. Every price below is calculated by the same code that runs our instant quote and checkout.

Each extra bathroom adds: weekly +$12, every 2 weeks +$15, monthly +$20, deep clean +$25, move-out +$30.

Billing timeline for a recurring plan
Example: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, every two weeks.
- Day you book: you pay the first-visit deep clean, $269 ($229 with WELCOME40). We confirm the visit date by email within one business day.
- Two weeks later: the recurring price, $165, is charged for that cycle's visit.
- Every two weeks after that: $165 per cycle until you cancel. Cancelling stops billing at the end of the cycle you've paid for.
Monthly plans bill once per calendar month; weekly plans every 7 days.
Do half bathrooms count?
Yes, a half bath counts as a bathroom, so 2.5 baths is priced as 3. We round up because a powder room still has a toilet, sink, mirror and floor to clean.
Why do you price by bedrooms and bathrooms instead of by the hour?
So you know the exact price before you book, and so a cleaner never has a reason to work slowly or rush. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a good proxy for how long a home takes; if a home is much larger or in a very different condition than described, we contact you before the visit and you can accept a revised price or cancel for a full refund.
What do I pay today on a recurring plan?
Only the first-visit deep clean. For a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home on an every-two-weeks plan that is $269 today ($229 with code WELCOME40), then $165 per visit starting one cycle later, charged every two weeks until you cancel.
Are there any other fees?
No booking fee, no contract, no cancellation fee and no sales tax (Illinois doesn't tax house cleaning). The only extra charge is a possible $40 late fee if a visit is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or the cleaner can't get in.
