  2. Sponsor. The sponsor is King Holdings Ventures LLC, an Illinois limited liability company doing business under the brand Wrenly Home, 217 Cloverfield Drive, Chillicothe, IL 61523 ("Sponsor"). Questions: hello@wrenlyhome.com.
  3. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and whose primary residence is in one of these ZIP codes served by Wrenly Home: Peoria (61602, 61603, 61604, 61605, 61606, 61614, 61615); Peoria Heights (61616); Dunlap (61525); Morton (61550); Washington (61571); Germantown Hills (61548); Metamora (61548); East Peoria (61611); Chillicothe (61523); Pekin (61554); Glasford (61533) (the "Service Area"). The winner must own the home or have the right to authorize cleaning there. Employees, owners and independent contractors of Sponsor (including cleaners and cleaning companies who subcontract with Sponsor), and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  4. Entry period. The giveaway begins October 22, 2026 at 9:30 p.m. Central Time and ends November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper.
  5. How to enter online. Complete the entry form at https://wrenlyhome.com/giveaway/ with your name, email address and home ZIP code, and confirm you are 18 or older and agree to these Official Rules. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Additional submissions with the same email address are ignored, and entries from multiple or alias email addresses by the same person count as one entry. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means, or by anyone using false information, are void.
  6. Free entry by mail. To enter without using the internet, hand-print your name, email address (or mailing address if you have no email), home ZIP code and the words "Wrenly Home Giveaway" on a 3x5 inch card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: King Holdings Ventures LLC, Attn: Wrenly Home Giveaway, 217 Cloverfield Drive, Chillicothe, IL 61523. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2026 and received by December 1, 2026. Limit one mail-in entry per person, and a mail-in entry from someone who also entered online counts as their one entry. Mail-in entries have the same chance of winning as online entries. Sponsor will email (or mail) each eligible mail-in entrant a personal share link so they can earn bonus entries the same way.
  7. Bonus entries. After entering, each entrant gets a personal share link. For each different eligible person who enters for the first time through that link during the Entry Period, the entrant receives one (1) bonus entry, up to a maximum of 10 bonus entries per entrant (so up to 11 entries in total). Sharing is never required to enter or win. Referred entrants must be real, eligible people who enter for themselves; self-referrals, duplicate or alias entries, and referrals obtained by paying or rewarding others, by spam, or by posting the link on sweepstakes or coupon sites are void, and Sponsor may disqualify the entrant who earned them. Entrants who share must follow the rules of the platform they share on and must not send unsolicited bulk messages.
  8. Winner selection and odds. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 2, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period (online, mail-in and bonus entries). The drawing is conducted by Sponsor using a computer random number generator; Sponsor records a fingerprint (hash) of the list of eligible entries before the draw. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to this giveaway.
  9. Notification. The potential winner will be notified by email (or by mail for a mail-in entrant without email) within 3 days after the drawing and must reply within 7 days of the notification being sent, confirming eligibility and the home address to be cleaned. Sponsor may require a signed declaration of eligibility and, where lawful, a publicity release. If the potential winner doesn't reply in time, is found ineligible, or the notification is returned undeliverable, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries, up to three times.
  10. Prize. One (1) prize: one Wrenly Home deep clean of the winner's home in the Service Area, for a home of up to 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, performed by a cleaning professional or company that Sponsor subcontracts with, under Wrenly Home's standard deep-clean checklist (see https://wrenlyhome.com/whats-included/) and terms of service, including the 48-hour re-clean guarantee. For a larger home, the deep clean covers up to 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms of the winner's choosing. Approximate retail value (ARV): up to $429, which is Wrenly Home's list price for a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom deep clean; the actual value is Wrenly Home's list price for the winner's home size ($175 for a studio/1 bedroom to $429). The prize must be scheduled and used by March 31, 2027, on a date Sponsor can offer (Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central); if it isn't used by then, it is forfeited. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value and no cash or other substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize can't be provided as described. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value is not awarded. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize and for providing safe access to the home with water and electricity on.
  11. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, and only with the winner's consent given at the time the prize is accepted, Sponsor may use the winner's first name, last initial and town to announce the winner, without further compensation.
  12. Privacy. Information collected from entrants (name, email, ZIP code, referral code, and the IP address and browser of the entry, used to prevent fraud) is used to administer this giveaway and to send Wrenly Home emails. Entrants receive Wrenly Home emails (giveaway updates and occasional cleaning offers) and can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email or by writing to Sponsor. See our privacy policy. Sponsor does not sell entrants' information.
  13. General conditions. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway, or acts in violation of these Official Rules. If fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupts the administration, security or fairness of the giveaway, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and, if cancelled, select the winner from eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or postage-due entries or for technical failures of any kind.
  14. Limitation of liability and release. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering, entrants release Sponsor and its owners, members, contractors and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in the giveaway or from acceptance or use of the prize, except for claims arising from Sponsor's gross negligence or willful misconduct and except for the service commitments in Sponsor's terms of service that apply to the cleaning itself. Nothing in these rules limits any right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
  15. Disputes and governing law. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, in the state or federal courts located in Peoria County, Illinois.
  16. Winner list. To get the name of the winner (first name, last initial and town, where permitted), mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to King Holdings Ventures LLC, Attn: Wrenly Home Giveaway, 217 Cloverfield Drive, Chillicothe, IL 61523, received by January 31, 2027.
  17. Not a platform promotion. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, X (Twitter), Nextdoor, Google, Craigslist or any other social media or website. Entrants release those platforms from any liability for it. Questions go to Sponsor, not to the platform.
