Partner rate card (Schedule B)
Version 2026-10-23 v4. Partners are paid a flat amount per completed job: a percentage of Wrenly Home's list price for the service booked. Every new partner is paid a fixed 70% of the list price; it is not negotiated, and it is written on your Schedule A. Partners who already received a written 75% offer from us keep 75% of the same list prices. Not hourly: finish faster and the pay is the same. Customer discounts never reduce your pay. Paid within 48 hours of the job being reported complete. The amount in the job offer you accept governs; changes to this card take 14 days' written notice and never affect an accepted offer.
Standard clean, recurring — per visit
Included bathrooms: 1 bed = 1 bath, 2–3 bed = 2 baths, 4–5 bed = 3 baths; each extra bathroom adds the "+ bath" line.

Homes over 3,000 sq ft, 6+ bathrooms or unusual condition are quoted individually; the job offer states the pay before acceptance, at the partner's percentage of what the customer pays.
Add-ons: the live site sells none as of 2026-10-21. If the site adds them, partner pay is the partner's percentage of the add-on list price, stated in the offer.
Special cases
- Trial job : the full rate above for that job, paid within 48 hours like any job. No trial discount.
- Re-clean (48-hour guarantee) (agreement §6): missed checklist item → the partner re-cleans at no charge; if they decline or can't within 48h, another team is paid 50% of the original job pay and that amount may be deducted from the original partner's next payment after written notice (never more than the original job pay). Not the partner's fault (scope added, booking error, access problem, our mistake) → 50% of the original job pay to whoever re-cleans.
- Late cancellation (< 24h) or lockout (on time, waited 15 minutes, tried to reach customer and us, timestamped door photo): $40 or 30% of the job pay, whichever is more.
- Partner cancels an accepted job: no fee either way; give as much notice as possible. Only no-shows are tracked.
- Tips given through Wrenly: 100% to the partner, added to that job's payment.
- Parking/tolls: if paid parking is unavoidable, the offer says so and includes an allowance; otherwise none.
Tax
Partners handle their own taxes and their staff's payroll. W-9 before the first job. Form 1099-NEC for any calendar year we pay a partner $2,000 or more (payments made in 2026; $600 through 2025); payments to C/S corporations generally don't need one.
